Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping:

Shipping and handling is included in the price of all welders, plasma cutters, wire feeders and other related welding equipment and accessories for all shipments within the United States (except Hawaii and Alaska) unless otherwise stated .

We do not ship to Canada , Puerto Rico, Mexico  or overseas

Shipping methods will vary depending on the manufacturer and type of equipment being shipped. For large packages not shipping UPS or FedEx, customers will be contacted to schedule date and time of delivery by the carrier. Special handling or equipment may be required (such as forklift or truck with liftgate) and these are items that may not be covered under free or normal shipping expenses. . In some cases the common carrier may require customer pick-up at their closest terminal for deliveries outside normal service areas. Normal shipping time is three to seven days from date of order for all equipment in-stock but may be longer depending on weather or other circumstances. Other Shipping Methods:

If you would like an item expedited or shipped via a different method other than UPS or FedEx Ground or via common carrier (such as Fedex Ground or Con-Way, etc) please contact us via email or call us at 800-783-3073. Overnight and two-day air shipments are available at additional cost.to Alaska and  Hawaii.

On APO orders which ship U.S.Mail,there will be an additional $45 charge added to your charge card for this service.

Sales Tax:
A Sales tax of 6.0% will be applied to all orders shipped to Maryland addresses ONLY. No tax will be collected or applied for any other states.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
External Damage to packages MUST be noted upon receipt of merchandise and B & R Welder Repair Service Inc, must be notified within 72 hours .
Internal Damage Must be reported to B & R within 7 Days of receipt.
On all damage claims the box, packing contents must be saved for inspection to determine the cause of damage .

ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE BEYOND 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT WILL BE REFUSED

If a delivery is damaged, and noted as required, B & R must receive authorization from the carrier to repair or replace the merchandise before any replacement can be sent or a repair if started.

The customer is responsible for any shipping charges back to B & R , except in the case of a defective item. All items must receive prior authorization or they will be refused .
