The K4000 torch is made for heavy-duty metal removal applications such as weld preparations in pressure vessel shops & shipyards and for defect repairs in foundries.

The K4000 accepts both round and flat carbons, ranging in size from 4.0mm to 13mm round and 15mm flat. The cable is available in 7ft and 10ft lengths. The K4000 is rated to 1000 amps, it uses compressed air at 80 to 100 p.s.i. and a flow rate of 30-35 c.f.m.
