Hobart Handler DP-3035 Spoolgun Adapter Kit

   This kit allows installation of the Hobart DP-3035-10 Spoolgun to Hobart Handler  135, Handler 175, Handler 140, Handler 180 and Handler 187  from Serial# LC175022 ( with the 2 pin square drive motor plugs)

Installation time is approx 30-45  minutes,. required drilling 2  holes in the inside case ( where the wire spool is so as to install a toggle switch for selection of spoolgun or regular operation and a 4 pin gun receptacle . Hooking up 4 pins on the 4 pin trigger plug on the front case and unpluging the drive motor and hooking it into the toggle switch plugs , putting trigger wires and motor feed wires on the 4 pin trigger plug. 

There is no warranty expressed or implied as this application is not recommended by the manufacturer . The newer Handler 210  machines have a fold back circuit on the pc board for protection in case the gun gets shorted.

We have installed the Hobart DP-3035 on the above machines and have had no problems .
