MOTOR GUARD FILTER # M-26

 IS A MUST FOP ALL PLASMA CUTTERS

On plasma cutting systems using shop compressed air as the gas source, oil aerosols and condensed moisture will cause the arc to "sputter" reducing the cutting efficiency of the system and accelerating corrosive wear of the electrode and tip.

 

Installation of a  Motor Guard compressed air filter on the plasma cutting system will remove the contamination from the compressed air thus eliminating the "sputter" from the arc, restoring the plasma system to maximum cutting efficiency and reducing premature wear on the tip and electrode.

 

Features:

  • Will filter particles down to .01 Microns

  • Rated air flow over 2,700 SCFH

  • Patented filtration will remove: aerosols, condensed moisture, smoke and sub-micronic particulates

  • As an illustration of efficiency you can manually blow through the unit easily, but the filter will not allow tobacco smoke to pass through.

  • Filter is equipped with a mounting bracket that will facilitate an installation on the top, side or rear panel of portable plasma cutting systems.

  • The filter is equipped with 1/4" NPT ports to match the fittings on most plasma systems
